Shipping policy
If you order delivery or removal ay any of the regions listed on our Auckland delivery portal, your Christmas tree will be delivered, and where possible installed, or removed, by one of our experienced staff members, in line with our shipping policy:
Christmas Tree Deliveries
- While we can gaurantee your tree will be delivered on the specific date you select, we cannot gaurantee an exact time of day for delivery. We will attempt to contact you in the morning of delivery to advise whether your tree will arrive in the morning or afternoon. We recommend you provide access for our drivers during business hours, or leave a bucket out if access is not possible.
- Our number one priority with delivery and installation is the health and safety of our staff and customers. If our driver deems a proposed set up location unsafe they will recommend a safer option. They will not take on unecessary risks and he or she may ask for your assistance if required to ensure safety.
- For Full Service Delivery customers, our team will set up your Christmas Tree in the safest most secure manner that is possible. If your tree falls and causes damage, Misa Christmas Trees takes will not be responsible for any costs incurred. We therefore ask that you ensure you are happy with the manner and position in which your tree is installed.
Christmas Tree Removals
- While we can gaurantee your tree will be removed on the date you specify, we cannot gaurantee what time of day your tree will be removed. We will send you a text the evening before to remind you of removal next day.
- We ask that you leave the tree outside the night before, or provide us access during business hours so our team can take down and safely remove tree.
Christmas Tree Stands
- If your stand was ordered together with your tree there is no additional cost for delivery, stands will arrive with trees.
- Stand rental is also available however this option is only possible when tree delivery and removal are both included in your order.
