Refund policy

Cancelled orders.

You may cancel your order if the cancellation is received at least 48 hours prior to your delivery or removal date.  You will receive a full refund if this happens.   To make cancellations you can email us at sales@misachristmastrees.co.nz with your order number (or just reply to your order confirmation email). 

 

Returns and refunds. 

We work very hard to ensure all trees are cut fresh daily.  Given Christmas Trees are a natural product, on occassion a tree may not meet your expectation.  If you are unhappy with your tree, on genuine grounds, we will replace your tree free of charge.  Alternatively we can provide a full refund if you no longer wish to have any tree.  

Returns window:  You will need to advise us with 7 days of receiving your tree.
